EDIT: As of 12:15 AM PST, Trackitdown.net is back online and functioning. BE-AT.TV staff still have yet to issue a public statement regarding the disturbance.
Users of online music marketplace Trackitdown have hit a dead end when trying to visit its homepage. Since the morning of August 1st the website has been offline, and to make matters worse the company’s staff haven’t responded to any social media queries.
Access to Trackitdown.net has not been reported from any region in the world as of this writing, and scheduled royalty payments have not gone through. Numerous artists and music fans have reached out to the platform via Twitter and Facebook, but aside from sharing a Mixcloud playlist it has remained silent on both channels.
I’m more worried that royalties have not been paid and your website is down.

Rumours about that @Trackitdown is no more, that’s rather gutting if it’s true

While some speculate that the dead air may be the result of the company’s failure, it is unlikely that such an established brand would exit so abruptly.
Trackitdown was acquired by UK-based broadcasting platform BE-AT.TV in 2014. Users have complained about a rise in interface malfunctions in the years since, and allegations that the company has fallen months behind on payments have surfaced as well.
Selector has reached out to BE-AT.TV for comment on the Trackitdown disappearance.
