Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has launched its online discussion forum, ADE In Conversation, which will be live streamed and free to view.
The series of discussions began April 15th, and featured the likes of Richie Hawtin and 3LAU speaking on the rising opportunity behind the concept of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), after the latter artist sold his NFT collection for nearly $12 million. They were joined by artist and researcher Mat Dryhurst and discussed the value of the tokens, as well as their staying power as a hot ticket item.
April 15th’s ADE In Conversation also highlighted the global post-COVID-19 shift to normalcy, and the implications for organizers and artists after events begin to reopen. elrow CEO Juan Arnau Jr. and Creative Artists Agency Head of Electronic Maria May were among the speakers in the live-streamed event.
No dates have been announced for the next ADE In Conversation live stream, but those who are interested in attending a free event must register on the official Amsterdam Dance Event website.
