Danish audio design company AIAIAI has created “the world’s first wireless headphones for music creation” in collaboration with Richie Hawtin.

The TMA-2 Studio Wireless+ features ultra-low latency and lossless audio using AIAIAI’s patent W+ Link technology. AIAIAI’s signature, modular bio-diaphragm speakers are tuned for clarity and high-frequency details.

Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity powers the headphones, giving over 80 hours of wireless playback. The headphones also come with a coiled hi-fi cable for applications in which wireless capability might be an issue. The entire package comes in sustainable CO2 neutral and 100% recycled packaging.

“In 2021 it feels archaic to be wired to a piece of hardware just to guarantee pristine audio quality. The TMA-2 Wireless+ headphones give you the freedom to step further away from your devices allowing you to capture creative and expressive ideas while immersed in perfect sound,” said Hawtin.

The TMA-2 Studio Wireless+ headphones are available for pre-order now for $350; shipping will be available in stores starting from January 2022.
