ARC Music Festival to Debut in Chicago over Labor Day Weekend 2021

Auris Events is banking on U.S. vaccine rollout allowing live music to resume by late summer. The  promoter just announced ARC Music Festival, which will take place at Chicago’s Union Park over Labor Day Weekend.

Spread across two days and four stages, the ARC lineup counterbalances major techno/house headliners with more niche tastemakers. Chicago mainstays like DJ Pierre and Gene Farris are slated to perform, as are Seth TroxlerHiroko Yamamura and DJ Heather. Ibiza-based event brand elrow will also curate a stage at the gathering.

5 Magazine notes that Auris Presents was founded by partners Nick KarounosStuart Hackley, John Curley and Joe Quade. Karounos owns Chicago clubs Radius and Prysm; Hackley heads up Loud Crowd; Curley co-founded Paradigm Presents and served as lead programmer for Spybar; and Quade founded BAM Creates. The team also includes Dom Brown, Garrett Birch, Mike Lang, Joe Calderone, and Carson Rhoads.

Additional ARC Music Festival headliners will be announced in the coming months. Tickets go on sale Thursday, April 15th.
