International Music Summit (IMS) Ibiza has announced plans to return in April 2022.

The conference’s previous two iterations were cancelled in 2020 and 2021 amid the aftershock of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, IMS Ibiza’s 13th installment will take place over the course of five days, from April 27th through May 1st, 2022 at Destino Pacha Resort.

In addition to a number of club events at night, the schedule will feature full-day events. Among them are panels, masterclasses, networking opportunities, and workshops with some of electronic music’s foremost names in tow.

2019’s event saw  key appearances from Pete TongKlas Bergling (father of the late Avicii), LucianoProfessor GreenFabric founder Keith Reilly, and many others speaking on women’s issues, mental health, and the future of club culture.

“As the majority of the world is still in the grip of the pandemic, it feels irresponsible to encourage our community to gather together until it is safer to do so,” said IMS founder Ben Turner in a statement.

“Therefore, the next IMS Ibiza event will now be April 27th to May 1st 2022, a time which feels very realistic for a huge coming together of our industry,” he went on. “IMS was created at a time of crisis for electronic music, we have galvanized the genre before, and we remain committed to supporting the industry that we love. The next edition of IMS Ibiza will mark a huge reset for the industry, for the world, and for IMS.”
