After halting their 2020 events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, organizers of The BPM Festival have announced the first 30 headliners for their return to Costa Rica on March 3rd-7th, 2021.

Heritage artists like Carl CraigStacey Pullen and Danny Tenaglia will perform at the five-day event alongside the likes of Sonja MoonearSkream and Ron Seikaly. With nearly three months before the festival takes place, organizers will announce additional headliners in the coming weeks.

The BPM Festival Revisited

The BPM Festival debuted in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico in 2008. BPM stands for “bartenders, promoters, musicians,” and it was initially a post-New Years gathering for service industry professionals.

The festival remained at Playa Del Carmen until 2017 when a shooting forced organizers to relocate to Portugal. In October, they also announced a series of Ibiza showcases in partnership with the International Music Summit later in spring 2021.

More information is available on The BPM Festival’s website, and tickets can be purchased via xtixs.
