The BPM Festival Partners with IMS Ibiza on 2021 Showcases

After the COVID-19 crisis derailed live music the world over, organizers of The BPM Festival are hopeful that gatherings will resume in 2021. Next year will mark something of a departure for the brand, however. In partnership with International Music Summit (IMS) and influencer marketing brand Pollen, BPM has announced a series of Ibiza events from April 29th to May 1st.

For the first decade of its lifespan, the annual festival took place in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, until a 2017 shooting prompted organizers to relocate to Portugal. After the false start of The BPM: Festival Malta – which was slated to take place in September – they appear keen to pursue a change in scenery once again. The BPM Festival: Ibiza Showcases will coincide with annual conference IMS Ibiza, consisting of events at superclubs throughout the White Isle.

Although the IMS partnership is a new development, 2021 is not the first time BPM hosted an event in Ibiza. The BPM Festival 2016: Ibiza Sonica saw the brand hold a one-day event in the idyllic locale with performances by the likes of Yousef and The Mekanism.

Information on presale tickets to The BPM Festival: Ibiza Showcases will be made available to those who sign up for email updates via Pollen.
